Dear Candidate,

 

Designation: Agency Development Manager/Relationship Manager (Direct Channel)

Compensation/CTC Package : 25000 to 45000 Per Month Salary + Heavy Monthly Incentives (25K - 1.00 lac P.M) based on sales performance + Fast Track promotions 3 promotion cycle in a year + On payroll of Reliance + Other benefits + On Spot Offer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage Life Insurance sales goal achievement through : 

- Recruiting agents

- Training and developing agents on commission basis.

- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.

- Conduct weekly performance review with agents & updates Sales.

- Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them join the organisation.

- Promote agents to use the Agent Portal for managing their customer & cross selling them for different products.

 

Desired Candidate Profile -



Candidate requirements/Qualifications/Experience/Skills -

Experience : Minimum 1 years experience of sales

Desired Background : 

• Working with people .
• Entrepreneurial and commercial focus.
• Drive for results
• High confidence levels, Good communication.
• Minimum Graduate in any stream.
• Android based smart phone
• 2 wheeler

 

Age Limit : 24 to 45 years.
