Job Title: Virtual Medical Scribe
Job Description: We are seeking a Virtual Medical Scribe to join our team and support healthcare providers in completing accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. As a Virtual Medical Scribe, you will work asynchronously with physicians and their care teams using an innovative technology platform to summarize confidential medical documentation. By doing so, you will enable healthcare providers to focus on delivering quality care to their patients while ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and their care teams to complete documentation of clinic visits using the provided technology platform.
- Prepare accurate and confidential medical documentation summaries, including patient histories, exams, radiographic findings, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Deliver completed documentation within hours of patient visits, enabling healthcare providers to save time and maintain focus on patient care.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology, including anatomy and treatment modalities, and continuously strive for knowledge improvement.
- Adapt to new technologies and embrace changes as the field evolves, ensuring efficient and effective use of emerging tools.
- Participate in training programs provided to enhance your medical scribing skills and stay updated with industry trends.

We are looking for :
- Required in a medical office, clinical or healthcare documentation or similar academic setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology & medical summarization.
- Excellent English professional writing skills; including advanced proficiency in grammar and spelling.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of physicians, their staff, and
- patients.
- Ability to work independently in a secure and private location with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to participate in live video chat and screen sharing sessions for training.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 or other cloud-based productivity tools.
