Job Description
Our company is looking for a Shift Supervisor who is highly motivated and has ample experience to join our team. The preferred candidate should have a history of successfully leading teams and guaranteeing productive operations. The focus of the role is to supervise and manage daily shift operations, ensure the team meets performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives.
Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Salary-21,000/- to 48,000/-

Minimum Age-18
Requirements:
Qualification Required-Diploma,B.tech,M.tech,
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Work Department-supervisor

Skills-Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
