Lead Collections- Jio Business - Navi

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead Collection Function for Jio Business. Role holder will manage interface with Bill and pay team and manage collection in geographies through assigned actors for specific business segment along with agency and tele-calling intervention.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize framework for end to end collections for all Jio Business products
• Coordinate and manage bridge between NHQ B&P & State Enterprise Business teams
• Define and manage processes to resolve Billing & collection issues for enterprise customers through dispute resolution team with a focus on early detection and resolution
• Simplify processes and digitization of collection workflow system
• Drive due-date collection & bucket wise collection performance
• Effective liaison with NHQ & Geography business teams for interventions to drive overdue collection
• Minimize PDD, relevant intervention & on-time alert for any risk, with mitigation plan
• Customer communications related to Billing, collection, payment confirmation & Dunning activities
• Bring insights from customer interactions / complaints and derive actionable for process improvements
• Manage collection agency and tele-calling process

• Reduction in Customer complaints
• Simplification of Processes & Digitized collection workflow system creation.

Others

MUST HAVE Domain knowledge in Finance & Collections (B2B collections preferred)
