Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service through advanced specialized knowledge on

technical and non-technical interactions

2. Check MCPE SDWAN service availability and do troubleshooting

3. Carry out enterprise products servicing on OTT platforms

4. Ensure product onboarding and usage induction

5. Track service billing, utilization and payments

6. Ensure retention and upsell to enhance Jios share of customer wallet

7. Manage network, device and provide related user configuration

8. Ensure adherence to SOPs, work schedules and company policies

9. Provision feedback and manage escalations for process KPIs as defined
