Vtech Data Outsourcing is looking for Back Office Staff to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
Process and manage invoices, payments, and financial transactions in coordination with the finance department.
Support front office staff by managing internal communications and coordinating between departments.
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence as required by management.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
