Job Description

Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for Inbound/ Outbound calls effectively.

Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Any Graduates Freshers or Experienced --- Male/ Female

Good Communication skills in English/ Tamil & any one language - Hindi / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada

Basic Computer Knowledge
