• The Jewellery Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience in the jewellery store.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury items.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of jewellery products, trends, and the ability to convey this knowledge to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.

• Work hours may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on store hours.
