BSc. /MSc. in IT Or Computer Science or BE

Skills

Knowledge in Unica is a must

Decent knowledge of ORACLE/SQL is a must

Experience

Min 3-4 years of experience in Campaign execution team where min. 1.5/2 years of experience should be as Campaign Quality Checker

Candidate should have experience in managing atleast a 2-3 member team

Role

Should be able to liaise & understand requests raised by various teams/stake holders & should provide for the same within TAT

Design, develop and execute simple/complex rules using UNICA Campaign and Siebel Campaign

Manage extensive campaign quality assurance processes prior to campaign execution

Support communications in production; monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications and ensure communications are being executed correct

Manage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports, and create new ad hoc reports using available tools (eg: SQL / Excel)

Help drive the migration of existing communications to the UNICA platform

Manage a teams & will need to display good communication skills & should be able to work under pressure for timelines.
