Team Handling, Need to Build & Manage a Team of Agents
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Candidate profile :

Any Graduation with good communication skills
Need min.2 years experience in Any sales and marketing work
Local candidate with a good local network
Must be Energetic and young
