Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- To be responsible for coordination of specific projects ensuring no cost and time overruns.
- Responsible for implementation of Method statements in execution of Projects under his coordination.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Coordinates Project related approvals, activities with Government or other agencies as required.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide direction and support to project team.
- Manage project resource allocation.
- Implement and manage project changes and manage impact of changes to Time, cost and scope baselines.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of Construction Methodology for Warehouses / Industrial Plants.
- Good with Project Management Tools
- Should know entire Project lifecycle.
- Proficient in preparing estimates/BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender packages.
- Vendor and Contractor Management
- Project Scheduling
- Project Costing
- Knowledge in MS Project
Qualification: B.E. Civil/ MBA
