Job Description
Job purpose:
Will be servicing to International client helping them out with data management, data rectification and co-ordination activites related to quality check.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Processing of ARM Documents (New and Update): Identifying the Authoring Team and Publishing Manual Formatting includes title, paragraph spacing, ellipses, bullets, excerpts, footnotes, tables, and headings along with scope proofreading Linking Spell Check Comparison Self QC (PS/QC Checklist) Should gain a good understanding of other processes such as Prep Files, Hyper linking, and Pre-processing. Should take initiative to go to the next level as a Quality Control Specialist.
- Working on XML Tags in Alfresco Software. Testing the client website and reporting the Bugs.
- Invoice Processing
- Email Drafting, Coordinating with client
Requirement:
- Completed Graduation from Commerce background (B.com, M.com)
- Good knowledge of MS word, Excel & powerpoint
- Well versed with Keyboard Skills Familiarity / Conversant with computers and knowing MS Office (particularly MS Word)
- Leadership and taking work ownership skills.
- Advantage if having working experience as data processing or analyst
- Shifts : 6:30 am (1st login-female) Rotational shifts for male candidate.

- Education: Commerce background - Graduate

Initially this will be a 6 months of contractual process, post completion of 6 months either can be re-hired as permanent or contract would be extended.
