Well trust you to
- Understand capacity management and scaling
- Administer systems to ensure high availability and security
- Work closely with the designing team and develop cost-effective, scalable, and efficiently managed applications
- Manage configuration and change control
- Implement and manage growing staging and production environments in Azure cloud, covering Windows and Linux OS
- Have a working knowledge of Docker containers, microservice architecture, and automated deployment / management of containerized applications
- Know relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, and non-relational databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB
What youll need to have
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in computer science, business, or engineering, or an equivalent degree
- About 48 years of IT and business domain experience in Python programming and DevOps
- Experience in maintaining infrastructure-as-a-code (IAAC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Experience in Jenkins / GitLab pipeline code and libraries
- Experience in integrating applications with open source platforms, such as Prometheus, Fluentd, Jaeger, Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, Cassandra DB, etcd, Kubernetes, and Consul
- Experience with SDLC tools, such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Git (branching and merging)
- Experience in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Direct, hands-on experience with DevOps processes and application lifecycle management tools
- Experience in Kubernetes and Docker is a must and in WSO2 will be a plus
- Experience in how to automate development and deployment for all lifecycles from development through production within a continuous Delivery model
- Experience with practical implementations of continuous integration and delivery tools
- Strong hands-on experience in software development in Python and Django framework
