Job Description

We are building an exciting alcoholic-beverage brand that inspires a change to drink differently and we are looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic Sales Manager to help us grow IST Hard Seltzer in Bangalore.


Roles & Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsibility for Sales on a day-to-day basis, Manage and Achieve defined KPI targets
  • Build Key Relationships with Retail Outlets, Identify Market Development Opportunities and Drive Revenue Growth
  • Engage directly with consumers for Brand Education and Advocacy
  • Providing effective support for the implementation of ATL & BTL marketing activities
  • Develop and execute effective outlet execution of Trade Marketing and Promotional Initiatives
  • Monitoring Schemes in Retail Trade
  • Plan and forecast sales, profit, and market share targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in alcoholic beverages
  • Phenomenal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Based out of Bangalore location
