Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Analytics and preparing reports
- Follow-up with teams for sourcing data, analyzing it and preparing reports
- Prepare presentation for Meetings PPT
- Updates on Market Intelligence
- Follow-up on Action Points
- Timely submission of reports and analysis
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
- Gathering minutes of the meetings, Follow up on Action Points
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and External
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analyst reporting directly to C function.
- Experience in Data Analytics-preparing reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to change.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
CA / MBA Finance with 3 -5 years experience as Business Analyst.
