Job Description

We have excellent openings for HR Relationship Assistant Manager in Corporate Recruitment.

Required Skills:
Qualification: Any Graduation & Post Graduation
Experience: Minimum 2 year as a HR Generalist
Salary: 4.5LPA to 6LPA
Shift: Day Shift
Location: HSR Layout (Bangalore)

Age Limit: 30 to 38

Immediate Joining

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage a Team to support employees from On-boarding till Exit Interview.
Should be aware of basic statutory and labour laws applicable.
To maintain of Employee Files and Issuance of Appointment letters & Exit letters.
Ensuring updation of PF, ESIC and other statutory related work.
Need to visit labour office as per requirement. Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
Manage a complete verification confirmation.

Note: Work from Office and face to face Interview. Only Female candidates can apply
