Job Description
Manage the Sales & Distribution
- Identify, recruit and on-board team, financially strong reliable Super Stockiest, Distributors resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Ensure Distributor compliance with Distributor agreements, Distributor profile, and empanelment details.
- Effective planning of promotion & brand level width & depth Distribution
- Educate Distributors about product portfolio and services offered.
- Review the operational performance of the distributors
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
- Arrange and address sales and Distributor conferences
- Keep close watch on developments in competitor activities.
- Execution of companies strategies in the market.
- Visibility and availability in every store.
SKILLS &BEHAVIOR:
- 1-5 years experience in General & Retail Sales from FMCG.
- Excellent communication & Organizational skills
- Must Be Target Oriented & Team Player
- Teamwork and organization such as planning, time management, commitment and communication.
- A hard worker, quick learner, who understands the techniques and skills.
- Honesty, reliability and punctuality are a must
- Excellent Verbal and written communication in English and other Indian languages.
