We have an immediate opening, who have experience in BFSI recruitment. Please find below the job description for your reference.

WORK FROM HOME

Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday Off

Experience 1 to 5 years in Sales hiring/Bulk hiring (Insurance, Banking) Recruiters- Agency Hiring, Banca Assurance Hiring in BFSI Industry. , Health Care Hiring, Manufacturing Company Hiring & Engineering Campus Hiring

Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing.

Good Communication Skills

Salary 10K 23K (Incentive + Mob. Reimbursement)

(Salary and Designation will depend as per the Interview after 3rd round)

Permanent Work from home.

Must have Laptop & WIFI connection.

Immediate Joiner preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Fulfil the position as per client requirements.

Sourcing the candidates through various job petals (like naukri, shine, monster etc) and also through network reference.

Coordinating with them in weekdays & weekends drive.

Weekly meeting and review call of joining candidates.
