Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components. You will collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and scientists to ensure that electronic systems are integrated effectively with other systems and components. You will manage projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will keep up-to-date with new developments in the field of electronics and incorporate them into designs as appropriate. You will also provide technical support to customers and colleagues in other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electronic systems and components, such as circuits, microprocessors, and integrated circuits.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to develop new electronic devices or improve existing ones.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems with electronic systems and equipment.
- Create technical documentation and reports to communicate design concepts and project progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and scientists to ensure that electronic systems are integrated effectively with other systems and components.
- Manage projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with new developments in the field of electronics and incorporate them into designs as appropriate.
- Ensure that designs comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues in other departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure access to the latest technology and components.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with electronic design software, such as Altium or Eagle.
- Knowledge of electronic components, such as microprocessors, sensors, and power supplies.
- Experience with project management and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
