Job Description

Develop and execute community building strategies and campaigns
Acquire community leaders in societies who will work with residents to
buy products on Frendy
Train, motivate and engage with Community Leaders on a daily basis
Use social media channels and other acquisition strategies to build a
team of community leaders across Tier 2 & 3 cities
Manage a team of Community Leaders and help them grow their business
Proven track record in working with micro-entrepreneurs or in B2C sales
Open to travel and acquainted with geography

Education/Experience

*Salary:

Udaipur, Ahmedabad & Bhavnagar Location- up to 30k (depending on last CTC and Exp)
Mehsana, surendranagar, siddhpur, dahod- 20k per month

*No of opening- 1 Person per location

*Female candidate required

Skill Required

0-3 years of relevant experience of Sales.

Interpersonal Skills

Relationship Management

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial bent of mind

Basic computer knowledge, excel, word etc

Preferences:
Language for Udaipur location: Hindi, mewadi and English

Language for Gujarat location: Gujarati and Hindi

Must have 2 wheelers and open to travel within the city and nearby areas
