International client hiring for Search Engine Platform!

Position: International Customer Voice Support (Transaction-related)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support for international customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve transaction-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, refunds, and cancellations.
• Investigate and resolve transaction problems or discrepancies.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow established guidelines and security protocols.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Stay updated on product features and policies.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualification: Graduates only (must have all marks cards)

Exp: 0 -1 yr in Customer support

• Languages: English and Hindi (Spoken)
