We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager Strategy for a reputed Real Estate Company at the CBD Belapur(Navi Mumbai) location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy - Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals.
• Corporate Planning
• Business Development Planning
• Business Research and Marketing
• Business Analysis Ideating and coordinating with all the departments of the company for growth. 
• Strategically creating analytical reports as required by Directors of the Company by coordinating with various departments and VP's.
• Making a strategy for business and working with cross-functional teams from marketing to tech to operations.
• Corporate Strategic Operations work along with coordinating with departments in Admin, HR, Change Management by aligning processes, resources-planning, and departments goals with the overall strategy.
• Analyzing MIS reports and calculating ROI.

Candidate's Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate planning & Strategy in any reputed organization.
• Having good experience in Business Research and analyzing reports.
• Analytical Approach
• Strategic Thinking
