Job Description

& Key Result Areas (KRAs):
The above-mentioned role is expected to be the Individual Contributor Role primarily
responsible for managing operations towards Business Development and establishing
Brand Recall Value for M/s Dudhi Industries Pvt. Ltd. The essential Job
Responsibilities, however not limited to, include:
1. Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new
customers in the untapped market of Central India.
2. Own and drive the B2B Sales pipeline in Govt. Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing
Society Developers / Leading Real Estate Services/ Leading Architects and
Consultants organizations.
3. In-depth knowledge of the product lines and the associated target niche
customers. Awareness of the best use of the product with customer needs or
generating appropriate desires for the product offering.
4. Prepare and present impressive clients.
5. Presentation for our product lines.
6. Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales
targets and supports revenue and profit targets.
7. Optimize business development plan by working closely with new channel
partners to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through the
development and prequalification of leads.
8. Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to
understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to
meet surface needs.
9. Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and
prospects and be available and responsive to customers real-time needs.
10. Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional
Services, Product, Development) to promote sales for new and existing
customers to maximize brand visibility with, executives and professional
associations.
11. Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants,
PMC, and Fabricators. Meeting with architects (including Landscaping & MEP),
consultants & Builders & interior designers for tracking of their ongoing & future
projects.
12. Liasioning with the Government's new infrastructure projects. Specifying
products in Government tender through Architects and plumbing/ sewerage
Consultants.
13. Organizing corporate presentations in Government departments and
Architectural firms.
14. Analytical skills for business development smartly and efficiently.
15. Focused and client-wise competition mapping, competitors updates, analyzing
competitors strengths and weaknesses, and Identifying new market potential.
16. Project identification and tracking throughout the Project life cycle for identifying
opportunities for Product Positioning.
17. Managing Key Accounts to maximize the business potential & achieve the sales
targets. Handle project sales & Institutional Sales.
18. Handling Government accounts like Soochna Bhawan, Nirman Bhawan, NDMC,
HUDA, DDA & Indian Railways, CPWD, PWD, NTPC, BHEL, Airport Authority of
India, Naval Housing, etc
19. Participating in Exhibitions & Trade Fairs to Generate leads.
Desired Skills:
1. Experience in dealing with Potential clients Like Government Department, PSU,
Architects, PMC, MEP Consultant Interior Designers, Builders, and Contractors.
2. Newmarket identification and development.
3. Knowledge of construction products and furnishing markets.
4. Interpersonal and Influencing skills. Fluent verbal communication skills: Hindi and
English both compulsory.
5. Cross-functional Networking.
Educational Background/ Work Experience:
1. Any Graduate.
2. Work experience in Delhi NCR in the Building Material industry with project
sales experience in a related competitive industry like Building Materials,
White Cement, Paints, Plywood, PVC Plumbing Pipe, Electrical, Switch Gear
Industries, Sanitary Ware and Bathroom Fittings, Air-conditioning of
reputed companies like (Supreme Plastic Piping, Ashirvad Pipes, Asian
Granito India Ltd., Kohler, Jaguar, Cera, Hindware, TOTO, Duravit,
Parryware, Eros, Somany, JOHNSON BATHROOMS, Roca, Neycer, Cera,
Kohler). Experience should be mandatory in the respective locality in Delhi
NCR for the last 5 years.
