Job Description
:
To work closely with the team on site to ensure a successful and timely delivery of the project.
Effectively deal with client expectations and requirements.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to team members and clients.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings where required.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
Set schedules and achieve them for the projects.
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Hands on experience with Auto CAD, Sketch-Up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Attention to detail.
Artistic ability, vision and creativity.
Communication and presentation skills.
Project ant time management skills.
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or similar relevant field.
Experience: 5 to 9 years
Education: Degree in Architecture
Salary:negotiable for right candidate
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
