Job Description

for FICA:

Ability to gather requirements from the client.
Ability to handle the client independently and engage with them for the successful completion of tasks.
Ability to develop functional design documents based on the business and functional processes.

Ability to work well as an individual and with the team.
6+ work experience on the functional aspects of SAP FICA and SAP Utilities
Good understanding of Utilities in regulated and deregulated markets
Good functional knowledge on configuring FICA process such as, Dunning, clearing rules, Security Deposit, Collection Agency, Write Off, Installments, Payments, Returns, Refunds, Lots, Miscellaneous Charges, Payment run, FICA account determination configurations, Disconnection and Reconnection, Month end activities, FQEVENTS
Good to have BRF+ knowledge

Shift timing: 3 AM to 12 PM CST.

Experience : 8 TO 16yrs

Rel Experience : Atleast 8 Years of experience

Notice Period : Immediate TO 15 Days
