Customer service representative.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide clients with information relating to smoke alarm legislations in various states and territories.
* Provide quotes and information to clients relating to upgrading their smoke alarm system.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAS:
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: One year experience in any customer Service ( E-mail or Chat / Telecom Voice )
Languages known: English & Hindi
Shift: Females - 7 a.m to 1 a.m working window { any 9 hour shift during this window }
Salary: 15K { 19 CTC }
Week off: One rotational
Location: Chennai
