Job Description

 

Required Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, required for the tendering, PBG, and other related work with Big corporate.

Punctuality in regard to the submissions and meetings

Good inter personnel skills with the staff at office specially the supervisors & technicians as they are the ones to implement the projects attained and maintain the quality in return to have happy clients.

Travelling pan India as the projects and clients can be at any point of the country, for example we have a great market in ASSAM, tea industry. Many more such markets can be explored throughout the nation.

Willingness to take up challenges.

Responsibilities

REVENUE GROWTH: Should be able to manage and grow revenues by successfully managing the clients (develop new & unexplored markets)

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: understanding the market trends and the new markets accordingly. Manage the meetings with the clients and demo if required leading to the final conversion. The products that Designo offers provide a strong backbone to the BD manager. Necessary training will be imparted the technical aspect of products to present better.

Should be able to handle the high end clients like the Builders (M3M, DLF etc)
