Job Description
: Key Responsibilities 1. Technical skills A. Channel sales/development skills: Experience in handling distributors, retailers, mechanics 1. Target planning: Distributor/retailer target planning to increase revenue 2. Account extraction skills 3. New customer onboarding. 4. Churn management: ability to quickly resolve customer issues and revive old (Churned) customers 5. Customer Inventory management: understanding of customer inventory management to push sales when required 6. Strong track record on achieving sales targets B. Demand generation/marketing skills 1. Mechanics engagement: support MSRs in engaging with mechanics 2. Customer engagement skills to engage with mechanics for product promotion 3. Understanding of fleet customer requirements and experience in conversion 4. Strong desire for field visits 5. Good knowledge on auto components parts (excluding tires)C. Market knowledge 1. Deep knowledge on market, retailers, mechanics (should know major retailers/mechanics in the territory recruited for) 2. Anticipate market needs, and work on accurate forecast with our customers D. Finance skills 1. Financial understanding to help retailers, distributors, mechanics understand margin/incentive schemes 2. Experience in collection management 3. Reporting and data updating skills (good to have) 2. Behavioral skills A. Excellent communication skills consisting of 1. Translate technical product knowledge to simple terms for customers 2. Local language skills B. Orientation to achieve set targets C. Desire to learn new technical skills (new product introduction related)
Skills: Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience and total experience not more than 6-7 years.
