Job Description
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to build and maintain positive relationships with clients during projects. This is a leadership role where in you will be responsible for executing marquee projects as well as manage a team of project managers and to work with them on ensuring that their projects are being completed correctly, on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services.
To succeed in this role, youll need to very process oriented, communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. If youre a team player and a problem-solver, wed like to meet you.
Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable and enduring.
You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand problems of customers, and find innovative solutions that can appeal to large customer bases.
Working Experience: Min. 6 years
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing a team of project managers
- Assigning projects to project managers basis each ones unique skill set and capabilities
- Maintain process compliance by enforcing strict documentation and process rules
- Define, gather and analyze business and product requirements that include marketing, design and development inputs.
- Develop, manage and communicate a strategic and tactical product roadmap to ensure continued growth and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Develop specific recommendations on how to drive customer engagement, product purchase and satisfaction.
- Track and drive improvements to Key Performance Indicators.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of new and existing web features.
- Produce and maintain functional requirements documentation. This may include business cases, site interaction flowcharts, use cases, requirements documents, specifications and schedules.
- Work closely with the web design team, project management office, and web development teams to manage the execution of new features.
- Work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, sales, and business development on web product launch planning.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required
- Clean employment track record
- 3+ years of project management or development experience required with a proven track record of successful product life cycle management and revenue growth.
- Direct experience in e-commerce or online marketing, preferably in product management or web marketing
- Results-oriented. Attention to detail in interpreting stakeholder inputs and translating their needs into an actionable product road map.
- Written and verbal communication skills are critical.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting consumer and customer insights. - Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into desirable product features and capabilities.
- Experience leading or working in cross functional teams formed to produce a web-based business solution.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Crashlytics and others
- A collaborative approach and willingness to engage in an environment of active idea sharing.
- Sharp organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
