Job Description
Urgent hiring for Inbound and Outbound

- Contract Duration- 12 months
- Is it fixed term contract or can be extended or absorbed later- it can be extended subject to performance and business requirements
- Shift timings- there will be 2 shifts- 9.00 AM to 6.00 pm & 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm
- Cab Facility if any- No, pickup & drop facility not provided
- Exact Work location in Navi Mumbai- Vashi/Sanpada
- Any Specific experience criteria- Candidates preferred from BPO background
- Any portals for cv uploading- No, we need to mail the list of the candidates in a tracker along with the cvs on email
- Interview Rounds- there will be 2 rounds of interview- one by the HR & 2nd by the BPO/Business Head
- It will be 6 days working with one week off
- Female candidate will not be called on Sundays for work/to office
- - Should be able to communicate in grammatically correct average English
- - Should be able to understand an comprehend English/Hindi
- - Should be able to speak professional and correct hindi
- - Clarity of Speech
- - No MTI affecting pronunciation/Understanding
- - Process and product awareness
- - Industry and domain knowledge
- - Customers centricity
- - Should have basic knowledge of operating computer start, restart, shut down, different parts
- - Basic shortcuts CtrlS, Ctrl V, use of space bar, alt+tab, caps lock, etc
- - Should have basic typing knowledge.- 20 words per minute
