Job Description
- Develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports current business needs, whilst being able to accommodate future growth within the group
- Act as catalyst to introduce various technology/ Digital solutions & Responsible to drive Digital agenda of the organisation
- Understanding of modern business & technology framework, digital platforms and drive new initiatives such as Cyber security, IT-OT integration etc
- Identify opportunities for the reliable, efficient and appropriate cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, solutions sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.
- Develop and maintain overall framework of IS policies, standards and strategies that will empower business and people to deliver on its goals and deliver shareholder value.
- Lead strategic insight and overview on business case justifications and ROI analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
- Liase with the business team/leads to understand the business requirements and address the same through right technology solutioning
- Ability to work closely with partner/vendors ecosystem including commercial and technical negotiations
- Responsible to manage various technology solutions & managing the communications (TV dishes, cable, mobile phones, fixed lines) and IT (LAN, wireless networks, PCS, laptops, printers) networks and assets Lead partner / solution evaluation, contract negotiations, partner onboarding
- Ensuring hardware, software and data integrity including contingency and disaster and recovery planning and implementation
- Ensuing compliance with software user licences; managing user access
- Developing appropriate budgets to accommodate the communication and IT needs of various departments and service areas.
