Customer Service Responsibilities
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Manage large amounts of incoming & Outbound calls and chat
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
Hsc and graduate Passed
Language - English (Other language will advantage)
Fresher and Exp will do
Day and night rotational shifts

Salary - 10k to 35k
