Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation
Location: All over Gujarat
Experience:2 To 4 Years in Broking firm as a sales manager
Salary: 3LPA- 11LPA
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Manage Bank Virtual Channel to achieve targeted sales turnover of the assigned channel and adhering to regulatory compliance.
2. Ensure proper segregation of customers to the SOs.
3. Ensure reasonable capacity utilization of seats.
4. Sales Officers to be recruited for the channel & Train them
5. Manage the clients in the locality within the said radius
6. Hiring and retaining qualified resources in channel, especially those in remote locations
7. Retaining of customers in competitive markets & Ensure Compliance while serving the customers
9. Monitor clients leads of the given channel & Customer calling/follow up leads.
