Job description:The incumbent is responsible for Overall managing and growing the assigned category / territory and clients in terms of driving the Revenue generation through advertisement selling and developing new clients. This is an Individual Contributor role.Roles and Responsibilities:
Evaluate client needs and generate business through solution driven approach.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities. Develop clients (existing & potential) for Business Growth.
Negotiate / close deals, facilitate documents requirements and ensure proper handover to the operations team.
Own and exceed annual sales targets year-on-year. Increasing the volume market share.
Identifying new business opportunities from the untapped market sections; further developing the new market in given segment, complete track of special days.
Interacting with ad agencies on a regular basis to finalize the big deals.
Keep track on missing and action plan.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Prepare and update client card for all key clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have an exposure of sales in Media/Telecom/Insurance/Banking/FMCG
Understanding of Sales Number .
Good business acumen and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Should be tech savvy.
Result Oriented.
Strong in relationship management with clients and agencies.
Should have knowledge of Hindi, English and regional language.
Education Required:
Should be a graduate
