We have been retained by One of the Top 10 Pharma Companies to hire a SAP ABAP developer to be located at their HO in Western suburbs of Mumbai. The details of the position are as follows:

- We are looking for SAP HR Techno-Functional Consultant our office in Mumbai .
- Candidate should have extensive experience in functional configuration of SAP HCM modules with expertise in ECM, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits Administration, PA ,OM ,ESS/MSS, Change Management, organizational processes re-engineering.
Experience: - 4- 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP HR
Responsibilities Include: Role - SAP HR Techno-Functional Consultant Job Roles & Responsibilities: a. Functional knowledge of SAP HR with strong experience in doing configuration.
b. Good understanding and working with ABAP-HR programming (involving info types - PA/OM, payroll, structural authorizations, HR macros, logical databases etc.
c. ESS/MSS Portals, ABAP on HANA. SAP FIORI /SAPUI5, Good exposure on IDOCS. ALE/IDOC configuration & outbound interfaces.
d. Perform daily support and upgrade for SAP HR, including functional & technical issues
e. Maintain, configure and develop custom programs
f. Strong troubleshooting skills, and assist in code transport management
g. Perform and support User Access Management, if necessary
h. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
