Position: Quality Control Inspector.
Employment Nature: 1 Year Contract on MMK Payroll Extendable Further
Location: Hazira Gujarat
Qualification:-
Qualification-Graduate/B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical
Industry- Oil Gas/Refinery.
Duty Hours: 10 Hrs.
Candidate must have experience in Oil & Gas/refinery/Chemical/Petrochemical Industry as Civil Engineer

Job Description:
- QCI Should have knowledge of ISO system
- QCI should be able to read, write and communicate in English language properly.
- QCI should have knowledge of international standard such as ASME B31.3, SEX IX, ASTM, AWS, API etc..
- QCI should be able to prepare and review procedure related to Mechanical activity.
- QCI should have idea about dimension inspection of Structural frame and Piping Spools.
- QCI should have knowledge of Equipment installation and preservation requirement.
- QCI should be well conversant with performing inspection of Piping loops hydrotest and Box-up.
- Co-ordinate with the customer representative for Stage inspection clearance.
- To perform Stage wise inspection as per ITP: Like Material Identification, fit up, Weld visual, PMI, Hardness, PWHT, Spool Dimension and Mechanical Clearance, NDT Clearance, Weld history sheet Review, Hydrostatic test Inspection, Draining & drying Inspection, Box-up Inspection.
- Preparation & review of Inspection summary sheet & Material clearance record.
- Routine Surveillance check of in process fabrication activity
- Preparing necessary reports and reviewing with Third Parties and client representatives.
- Preparation of Project final Dossier Preparation.
- Identification of the lessons learnt and implementing the same in future projects.
Deduction will be:
Saudi Aramco Approved Preferred
Retention Security Deposit 5% of Gross salary it will be returned after completion of contract.
Accommodation shall be provided by MMK, transportation Provided by client.
Food is included in salary engineers have to pay at the mess
