Job Description
Create Educational and inspirational fashion-forward content
1) Calendar planning of hero, hub and hygiene content. Ensuring qualitative posts across various mediums such as reels, carousels, statics.
2)Building concepts and strategies for monthly sales, key events and differentiating properties. 4)Leading key marketing properties and events. 5)Coordinating, referencing and briefing styling and video teams to create content based on trending reels, fashion education and moment marketing.
6)Create assets that are focussed on Nykaa Fashion s brand positioning, to play up features on the app and web platform.
Building the Nykaa Fashion Army
1)Planning and executing 2-3 monthly shoots. Co-ordinating strategy with the marketing team, and managing execution alongside styling and video teams.
2)Creating engaging fashion-forward content, styling hacks to educate the consumer on trends, styles, brands, and inspiration.
Engagement and Community Building
1)Lead monthly engagement activities such as giveaways, lives, KOL collabs and gallery shoots.
2)Enable, co-ordinate and take end-to-end ownership of strong partnership opportunities with brands, KOLs, and communities.
Strategy and execution of sales and key events
1)Building concepts and strategies to amplify sale communication
2)Conceptualise staffer reels and collaborations for maximum reach and engagement
3)Drive visibility to key brands and categories
Brand Sponsorships
1)Ideate, plan and execute strong branded content for key brands which include statics, gifs, video content and reels.
Reporting and Post Boosting
1)Weekly and monthly reporting with the help of Emplifi & IG Analytics.
2)Suggesting and recommending best practices to ensure steady follower growth, reach and engagement rate.
3)Boosting of relevant posts to ensure maximum reach.
Skills: - Strong grasp of and inclination towards fashion
- Always on attitude, adept with social media trends and moment marketing.
- Keen understanding of the kind of content that works in the digital space
- Experience leading a small team and working cross functionally with other
departments
- Ability to strategize with the changing/trending nature of the digital space
- An established networker in the social media space who is able to engage and
influence creative individuals.
- Ability to understand audience needs and behaviours across platforms /devices / content and translate this into strategic thinking.
Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience working in a publication, agency or in digital content
creation
- Excellent English language skills
- 4+ years building social presence and managing accounts with proven growth
success.
- Well-practised in social media analytics with demonstrated skills bringing insights and solutions to answer brand marketing challenges.
- A record of working with major brands on social media, developing and delivering social media strategies, creating content and managing communities, using analytics to drive decision making.
- Ability to oversee a range of social media campaigns, acting as the strategic and
editorial lead for those campaigns across all social platforms, working closely with the business, influencer and planning teams to align strategy.
