Social Media Account Manager-Client Servicing

Applicants with 3+ years (agency experience only)

 

Location: Andheri (E) 

 

Responsibilities: 

Client co-ordination: 

  • Managing new and existing client accounts. 
  • Responsible for making new pitches and strategies for potential new clients. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner 
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings. Build strong, long-term client relationships and be a first point of contact for client questions and requests. 

 

Internal team co-ordination: 

  • Coordinate with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests. Understanding the clients business and requirements and briefing the same to the internal team 
  • Get creative, engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc) from the creative team. 

 

Strategy: 

  • Work with clients to create a digital media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients industries. 

 

Performance Reporting: 

  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities. 

 

  • Monitoring budgets, spends and revenue and explaining cost factors to clients are also part of the profile. 
  • Manage the team and mentor them as and when necessary. 
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on the status of all accounts 
  • Follow up with the clients for timely payments. 
  • Continue to refine and define our social marketing process. 

 

Knowledge: 

  • Identify new clients and potential business opportunities as well as upselling products and services. 
  • Keeping a track & being updated about latest trends in Digital industry and being proactive in updating it to the internal team and executing the same for clients. 

 

 

Work Experience Requirements: 3+ years in Team management, strategy and planning.
