Exp- 6 to 8years

Location- Tamil Nadu Tiruvallur

Np- 15days to Immediate

ASSEMBLY SHOP (Production, New vehicle build and repair)

o Tracking employee productivity, performance and task completion to meet quality standards.

o Maintaining top-notch quality control standards and eliminating downtime to maximize revenue.

o Train the team members to create new cars and improve their skills.

o Addressing the problems of workability and quality during the building of a new vehicle

o Implementation of the 4M change trail

o Establish and updating production schedules to meet changing demands.

o Planning and delegating work to team members to meet production goals.

o Lead the team and report on production summary on a daily basis (including vehicle produced, downtime ,Rejections and any quality concerns)

o Coordinated workforce activities and monitored operations to identify and mitigate potential inefficiencies.

o Doing new vehicle trails and solving work-ability issues (TT and LP build trails)
