Software Engineer

Exp- 1 to 3years

Np- 15days to immediate

Location - Bangalore

3+ Yrs Experience in Windows Server Management & OS Troubleshooting.

Experience and working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Hyper V and VMWare ESXi

Experience in Installing, configuring Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers with knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration and troubleshooting.

Experience in Active Directory Administration (User, Computer, OU & GPO Management)

Experience in Server Hardware , Replacement Process & Vendor management (Preferably HP/IBM Servers)

Good Understanding of Incident/Request/Change Management & ITIL Process (Preferably with Service Now Ticketing Tool)

Good Communication Skills and Email etiquette.

Understanding and complying with all company policies, procedures & SLA s.

Flexible to work in 24*7 Operations/shifts and need to WFO atleast 3 days/week.

Candidates with Microsoft Certifications Preferred (MCSA Windows Server)
