Job Description

• US shifts - Rotational -PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME
• Package : Freshers - 3 LPA (23k Take home) / Experienced - 5 LPA
• Eligibility : Graduates/Undergraduates/ BTech( only if they have calling experience of one year)/No pursuing regular courses
• Candidates must have a gap of 90 days if they were with Genpact earlier and interested to apply for Synchrony
• Experience : 6 yrs max into international calling
• Benefits :

1. Night shift allowance - 4000/-
2. Food coupons - 2200/-
3. Internet reimbursement - 1110/-

• Training period - 2 months (2 days in a week - office location)
• Rounds of interview : HR/Voice/Operations
• walk in time - 1-2 pm noon everyday
• Selection criteria - not much gaps, only genuine reasons would be considered
• IJP after 18 months in the organisation
