Dear Applicants,

We are Hiring for Business Development- Agriculture and Rural Development Consulting with 8-10 years in Hyderabad Location.

Qualifications & Experience


Graduate or Postgraduate in Agriculture with MBA in Agribusiness/ Rural Management from any of the reputed business schools. The candidate is expected to have excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

The applicant should have an experience of about 8 to 10 years in the relevant sector(s) and be able to translate his understanding into ideas and insights that are relevant to the context of the proposals and documents being developed. Experience in agricultural domain is mandatory. The candidates with experience in Natural Resource Management (NRM) and Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) will be preferred.

Proven skills in producing and editing proposal content within a complex social sector environment with key emphasis on Agriculture, Rural market & networks, and livelihoods. The proposal writer will be experienced in leading storyboarding sessions, participating in key review meetings, developing the document(s), and finalizing the document review, content sign off and document production. Experience of coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial. Keen to work with cross cutting teams. Results driven with a desire to work in a fast- paced environment; while delivering on multiple, concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

Core duties and responsibilities
Develop and implement effective research strategies to identify opportunities in the areas of Financial Inclusion for submitting proposal in response to EOI, RFP released by clients from time to time whether fee based, or grant based. And put up note for deliberation with the team.
Develop proposals on those opportunities decided for participation in bidding deriving needful information, knowledge, and support from relevant colleagues, complete the proposal as per timelines and submit.
Post data in database of the opportunities identified, pursued, results regularly and submit reports as per the organizational requirement.
Proactively develop and manage a network of subject matter experts and consultants.
Liaise with external support and other stakeholders to coordinate and develop proposal content.

Lead the proposal writing process from production to delivery including the coordination and preparation of proposal submissions and soliciting input from colleagues, where required Comprehensively reviewing the RFP to become familiar with the content and requirements contained.
