Job Description
Role: Trainee Software Tester
Location: Thane West
Your Background:
- Working as a Trainee Tester, Should be good in preparing test cases.
- Should have Good communication skills.
Your Role:
- Should be good in preparing test cases.
- Should be able to speak average English.
- Should be a quick learner and interested in learning new technologies.
- Honest, modest, friendly, patient & above all TEAM PLAYER.
- Eager to always learn and better your skills and yourself.
- Eager to find a company where you can grow and become a tester. (You are looking for a long-term/stable position. You are NOT a job-hopper.)
- You will be reporting to your Buddy/ Manager at Axioned.
Month 1-3: Training: Software Testers will be exposed to a mixture of theoretical and practical training which includes training on HTML, CSS, Terminology of testing, Types of testing, Testing life Cycle.
Month 4+: Advanced training plus project execution experience, based on performance, ability, and company requirements, certain candidates will then be trained in: Core Testing.
Role priorities:
