Sr. Test Engineer
Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled fintech senior quality engineer to lead the testing efforts of our software products and services. As a senior member of the quality engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet customer needs, business requirements, and regulatory standards. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify, report, and resolve software defects.

Responsibilities:
Lead the testing efforts for software products and services, including developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects, and ensure that software products meet quality standards
Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that software products meet customer needs and business requirements
Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and ensure that software products comply with industry standards
Mentor junior quality engineering team members and contribute to the development of team best practices and processes
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with a focus on fintech products and services
Strong technical skills in testing methodologies, test automation, and software development practices
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium
Strong understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and mentor team members
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
