We are hiring for International Chat Process only for immediate joiner( Customer support) "Work from Office"
Roles & Responsibilities:
1: Support through Chat.
2: Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
3: Attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
4: Ability to build rapport with the customer.
5: Ability to overcome objections and ask for the business.
6: Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
7: Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new processes and procedures
Key Skills:
1: Preferred candidates with understanding on eCommerce websites.
2: Knowledge of mobile / computing products.
3: Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.
4: Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm).
5: Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.
6: Ability to organize and follow up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
7: Ability to operate a phone system, personal computer
8: Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
1: Undergraduate & above (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies).
2: Minimum understanding of Customer Service.
3: Immediate joiners are preferred.
4: Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts.
5: Willing to work from office
6: Two Ways cab provided.
