In this job, you're responsible for ensuring that the guests at your hotel have an experience that exceeds their expectations. You not only greet and check in guests but also help them experience various hotel activities by facilitating spa visits, restaurant reservations, and granting room upgrades. You also train new employees on proper guest relations procedures and oversee room service operations to ensure quality.
