Manager/Deputy Manager - Business Process Management

Job description
Process Excellence (Business Process Management System)
Coordinate identification, documentation, version control of all critical business processes for assigned functions
Maintenance / updation of documented process maps for processes and procedures
Ensure key business metrics are put in place and get them included in functional dashboard to measure the process performance
Sensitize functions on the know-hows and importance of Business Process Management by designing need based BPM Training modules and deploying it organization wide
Project management of overall BPM
