Job Description

The job role consists of him/her promoting the placements of aspirants to various prospective employers through phone and email. He/she is also responsible for preparing all placement related data for team members and placement related analytics along with post placement retention reporting

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Help placement team identify recruiters in line with criteria specified and find out keycontact person details.
2. Administer and provide assistance to all placement reports.
3. Promote all placements of undergraduates / graduates to various prospectiveemployers through phone and email.
4. Manage and evaluate all students progress with respect to placements
5. Prepare all placements related data for team members
6. To determine all placement related requirements and to exchange all informationappropriately.
7. Help Placement team to organize Guest lectures, Field Visits, New companyenrolments, etc.
8. Help team to align the interviews for the aspirant.
9. Handle backend work like maintaining data of aspirants etc.
10. Coordinate with vendors for post placement support and analysis. Handle call audits ofcalling done on retention related data
