Drafting vetting of various legal documents -MOU, Agreement to Lease, Lease Deed, Leave License Agreement, Conducting Agreement, etc
Familiar with land laws. Undertaking title due-diligence of property.
Should possess knowledge on Stamp duty / Registration / Adjudication etc
Compliance management. Familiar with licenses / laws affecting retail / ecommerce.
Drafting of plaints, written statements, issuing and replying statutory legal notices, counters, consumer complaints, company petitions, complaints etc
Excellent English and good drafting and negotiation skills.
