Job Description
Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance Application Specialist Functional Consultant Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of work experience
As a functional consultant in support activities you will be expected to perform the below:
1) Thorough analysis of the issues requests received in the support group
2) Testing of any fixes that are proposed to the end users
3) Gathering complete business requirements and justification for any change requests
4) Recommending of solutions for any change requests that are raised
5) Prepare FDD and development support for customizations
6) Month end close support to the finance teams
7) Suggest improvements to the existing business process
8) Train other team members where ever required
You should have
1) Excellent understanding of end to end business process of a Request to order b Procure to Pay c Order to Cash d Fixed Assets e Record to Report
2) Excellent understanding of General Accounting
3) Excellent understanding of Finance modules in D365 for configurations and transaction processing a) General ledger b) Accounts payable c) Accounts receivable d) Fixed assets e) Inventory accounting f) Project Accounting
4) Experience in ISV solutions will be added advantage
5) Should have strong knowledge in Integration areas
6) Understanding of Security configurations Preferred but not mandatory
7) Good understanding of Excel and formulas for data analysis
8) Good knowledge on management reporter is preferred
9) Excellent analytical and communication skills oral and written
